6. Postage
All orders from OwlHouse by Presley that require postage are sent via Australia Post. This cost reflects Australia Post registered post costs, materials used to post your items and handling. We will give you the best postage cost as we want to deliver you the lowest possible price and best value. Registered post means that the order will be hand delivered to the address that you provide and a signature will be required. If you aren’t home to accept delivery your order will be taken to your local post office for collection. Please be aware that you will need to show photo ID in order to collect. If you need someone to collect it for you they will need your slip and ID showing that you have approved them to collect. Please refer to your slip for full collection instructions. All items are securely packaged to ensure optimal transit protection. In the event that your order is damaged in the post please contact us at owlhousebypresley@gmail.com and we will make a claim to Australia Post and resend your order. All claims must be made within seven days of receiving the goods.

7. Digital Prints requiring customisation
Once purchase has been made, we will contact you via the email address you supply for the following information:

Weight in pounds and ouncesLength (centimeters)
Please let me know if you prefer the first initial of the names capitalized or if you have any other special requests
Colour, art and text preferences if different from what is pictured
8. Approval of digital prints requiring printing
In the case of custom digital prints, once it is created a sample will be sent to you via email to be approved. Once you approve the piece it will go to print to be created and shipped. Any changes after this time may incur a reprint charge.

9. Colours and Printing
As outlined on the order form, different computer monitors and tablets will display colours differently. It is a condition of ordering that you agree that the colours you see in the colour chart may appear slightly when printed.

11. Turn Around of Orders
While OwlHouse by Presley aims to have fast turn around of orders, please understand that this is a home business and that the owner is also a stay at home mum. Works will be carried out when time permits. Purchases requiring printing will incur 1-3 week wait as printing is not 'in house' and could incur additional costs to cover postage to our printers. OwlHouse by Presley acknowledges that certain time periods e.g the lead up the christmas will result in an influx of orders and as such turn around time may take longer. We do aim to have a level of service that acknowledges and sends your invoice within 24 hours of order placement. When paying by bank deposit supplying a screen shot of your transfer receipt will enable work to start at once rather than waiting for payments to clear. We reserve the right to close the shop at any time if the need arises due to family commitments and holidays. We will see through all orders and will place a note on the website and facebook page that the shop is currently closed. We will also endeavour to provide a time of when things should be open for business again.

OwlHouse by Presley custom prints purchased requiring printing are posted using a variety of packaging from plastic sleeves, packaging protection, ribbons, tape and bubble wrap. These items can be a hazard for children and are not toys. Please do not allow children to play with these materials. OwlHouse by Presley will not be responsible for any incident as a result of improper use of packaging.
